A chocolatey take on the classic banana cream pie.
1 graham cracker pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups whipped cream, divided
2 bananas, sliced
½ cup milk
3.4 oz package instant chocolate pudding
1 chocolate candy bar, for garnish (optional)
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half the whipped cream and spread it in the bottom of the crust. Lay the banana slices over the top.
Whisk the milk and pudding mix until smooth. Spread the pudding over the bananas and chill the pie for 5 minutes.
Spread the rest of the whipped cream over the pudding and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Chill for 1 hour and enjoy.
